Its funny, when you step back–how you see the whole picture.
You see beyond the cloud of smoke obstructing the way, and past the fog blinding your view. The whole, grandiose picture seems overwhelming and hard to chew. When up close, only one part was in focus, but at a distance everything comes together. Like puzzle pieces to a jigsaw puzzle, or thunder and lightening in stormy weather. As an artist steps back, to capture their entire work; is how we step back to examine life. To analyze the plethora of choices, to find an escape route through the incessant, strife. Its funny, when you step back—how the picture seems brand new. How angles seem to alternate from a perception that was once skewed.
